We've updated our point of sale system and launched a new website, bringing you exciting new features and experiences.

But first things first...

Cineverse VIP Members' accounts have been transferred to our new service. All members will need to establish a new password for their account.

To activate your account, simply follow the four steps below.

Enter Your Membership Email

Enter the email address assigned to your Cineverse VIP membership. The system will then send you a password reset email.

Choose a New Password

Reset your password using the email you receive. Once complete, you will have access to your Cineverse account online.

You're Ready to Go

You can book movies online and receive your $1.50 VIP ticket discount immediately.

Why Do I Need a New Password?

Please note: We take your security and privacy seriously.

Asking everyone to establish a new password is the safest way to re-establish accounts for members of our Hastings community after moving to the new system.
